Lovely home in Regina (near downtown)

Welcome to my cozy home in Heritage! A heritage home with a lot of charm and unique features, she's not quite a century... but not far off at 97 years old.

Located just a short drive from everything Regina has to offer and 5-10 minute walk from downtown, it’s the perfect base for your stay.

THE SPACE On the main floor, you’ll find shared spaces including a bright sitting room, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with lots of spices for cooking.

On the second floor is my office and my bedroom. It is also where your accommodations are. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized memory foam bed, a three-drawer dresser, wardrobe, a laundry hamper, a portable heater, standing fan and an air purifier for your comfort. The bathroom is shared with me, which includes a bathtub/shower (soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided). There is also a small media room, which includes my office and a TV setup and of space to unwind. The media room is shared space between you and me.

Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, using my private office upstairs. The office is beside the guest bedroom, so light noise may occur between 9 AM and 5 PM. If this is a concern, I’m happy to coordinate and work from the office at work—just let me know in advance! I can also clear my desk a bit, if you need a dedicated office space.
