Reservations from guests under 16 years old who stay alone in our units are not accepted, even with authorization from their legal guardian. Adults accompanied by minors must present authorization signed by the minor's legal guardian, if they are not the father or mother. Groups in which the participants are minors, the person responsible for the group must sign a declaration, under oath, guaranteeing that they have authorization from the legal guardians of all minors in the group to stay in our unit. It is not mandatory to have adults in the rooms, but minors cannot book rooms/dorms without a private bathroom. The use of shared bathrooms by minors is not recommended.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
