The hotel is located only minutes away from extensive hiking and cycling trails, including the Rennsteig. Hire a bike from the hotel and explore the region. Alternatively, take day trips to the nearby towns of Gotha (8.7 mi), Eisenach (12 mi) or Erfurt (22 mi).
