David·4·Nov. 2022· "Upon arrival, the hotel had a very nice, fun look to it. I liked the easy check in. Once inside my room, i was pleased at the updates that were made. Once unpacked I noticed that my floor had a lot of sand and dog fur on it. I understand this is a beach hotel and dog friendly place but it appeared that my floor hadn't been swept. I searched for a broom to sweep my floor but no luck. I improvised and used a towel to sweep my floor. I was able to sweep up a decent pile of sand, dog hair and long strands of human hair. My room was located on the 2nd floor which meant I heard every single noise from the person that stayed above me. Walls and ceiling seemed paper thin... I would recommend a top floor room to avoid the rumblings of heavy walkers. The view from my room was nothing to brag about. I was not given the option to have my room cleaned until my final day when i was asked by a maid service if I needed anything. This was the first time i had seen any cleaning persons. Overall, i would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5."
