Eloy·5·May. 2026· "My stay with Albert and Terry was a great experience. Albert was an excellent communicator and provided clear, detailed instructions for accessing the community. He also shared great recommendations for hiking, matcha spots, and local places to visit.
What I enjoyed most was relaxing by the pool and spending time tanning in their beautiful backyard. It's truly a plant enthusiast's dream, filled with an impressive variety of cacti and desert plants. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave me a few plants to take home.
Their two dogs were a joy to be around and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was exactly as pictured, and I especially appreciated the natural light in the bathroom. The Tempur-Pedic mattress was a wonderful touch and made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend staying with Albert and Terry and would gladly stay with them again."

Besides, the house is spectacular, with lawn, shade, a large pool, even with a jacuzzi. They are also great cooks. One evening we had dinner with them and had a spectacular octopus dish. Without a doubt, we will return. Thank you 🙏🤗😘"

So is Suhaib :) We had lovely conversations about sweet nothings and he left me with inspiration to re-start my Spanish lessons. The house was perfectly comfortable. Check mark on all aspects of a well-maintained place. I especially loved the very diverse neighborhood and checked out a couple of restaurants there as well, all A class. Central London is just a brief train ride away. Wishing Suhaib all the best."

His apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor of an interesting, older house in a pleasant, walkable Berkeley neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the common spaces allowed for reading, relaxation, and chatting some with the host. Ben was very accommodating, offered me coffee in the morning, and had great suggestions for places in the area I wanted to explore. Thanks for the great stay at your place Ben."

Communication beforehand was easy and straightforward. The apartment is super comfortable, impeccable and full of nice details. Their hospitality made my trip excellent. Their pets Kiki, Lana and Pixel are curious and very friendly. I recommend this place 100%!"
