Well connected by bus and also a nice walk to the city center. Zack provided great recommendations for places to eat, have coffee, go for a walk and also have fun. He responded very quickly and was very attentive. Definitely recommend it!"

The room itself is beautiful and spacious with a good attached bathroom. And extra plus: The hosts share the kitchen and the patio, and allow u to make your own food. Locationwise: quiet area with nearby supermarket and some good restaurants. For the city center it requires a walk to the ferry but that was very easy."

Kitchen is not available but a microwave, mini fridge and kettle are available in the room. I didn't realize there was another guest room, she and I didn't had any issues. The area is completely residential, in the middle between Schipol airport and the city center. There are supermarkets and stores near and is a short walk away from Vondelpark. Didn't get to meet Gianni but he left clear instructions for self check in and check out"

Michael & Bryan·5·Dec. 2025· "We loved spending Thanksgiving here and had a perfect relaxing time. The hosts provided great access instructions and even texted to check on things during our stay.
A suggestion would be to invest in a new/larger tableware set. We were constantly running out of spoons or forks (and the set there is rather flimsy). Otherwise, we found everything we needed — and the double oven really came in handy on Thanksgiving day. So did the large outdoor table. Having 2x large tables (both seat 8 comfortably) was perfect for dinners outside and game nights inside.

The digital lock for the entry door enabled me to know that clients' safety is important to him. On that arrival day, Matt helped me with regard to the digital safe. When I had questions during my stay, either he or a very handsome member of his staff was available to reply and to help. AC and hot water for showering were more than adequate."

François welcomed us perfectly (Laurent was unfortunately not there this time). The room is super comfortable, in a very beautiful house with everything you need. The real bonus was the delicious dinner we shared together: we really had great conversations and lots of laughs. François is a fantastic host. Thank you so much for everything and see you soon!"
