Everything was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and so many details of what guests might need or enjoy were graciously anticipated. The hosts bent over backward to check in and offer assistance. The home itself was a lovely historic gem just a short distance from the historic downtown (walking or driving). You can also easily walk to a few places to get a quick coffee or bagel. This was my partner's first time renting a home and when we next went to a bed and breakfast in Asheville immediately following Lexington he said he wished we were back at Dave and Steve's place. It left quite an impression and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here."

Just a minor downside, when neighbors speak loudly you can hear their conversation (a pair of earplugs and all is well).

They showed me around the neighborhood, and recommended some of their favorite spots. The flat was very conveniently located, only a couple of minutes walk to gay venues in the Vauxhall area. The flat is on a side street away from all the road noises and was very quiet all day round. I will stay in their places again without any hesitation."

Anson·5·Mar. 2023· "Casa Medina is a lovely house and I would definitely stay there again with a big group. The view from upstairs is amazing. We enjoyed two sunset dinners, and I enjoyed the upstairs every morning for some meditation and a view of the ocean. Don't underestimate the hill you have to climb to get there. It is no joke! So either be excited to have exercise built into your routine, or be prepared to book a bunch of ubers. We had more success with Ubers than normal taxis as the map function in the app is helpful. Cab drivers kept not believing us about the location because there is another part of that street not connected to where the house actually is. The people who do check in and clean and water plants were all very friendly."
