La Balounette - picturesque penthouse with mountain views.

🌈La Balounette is located in the historic center of Turin, a few steps from the famous Porta Palazzo market, in a colorful multiethnic neighborhood with a Parisian scent. The apartment, on the top floor with elevator, renovated and equipped, offers two terraces with a beautiful open view to the mountains and all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Parking in the streets around the apartment is free and you can easily get around the city on foot!

The 60 sq.m. apartment is on the top floor, accessible by elevator or by the condominium stairs, and it is very quiet and peaceful; it has a comfortable BEDROOM with a 2-meter-long mattress, so it is suitable even for taller people like me! There is a walk-in closet where you can conveniently hang clothes, a dresser and shelves for sweaters and knits.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, water kettle, induction cooktop (there is no gas in the house, which makes it safer for guests as well). A small survival kit is also provided with the usual things you don't take on vacation such as salt, sugar, oil, etc... the famous "basics"!

IN THE LIVING ROOM there is a sofa bed, a 32" Smart-TV with DVD player and a sound system, as well as some books and magazines available!

IN THE BATHROOM there is a washing machine, a large well-lit mirror, a hair dryer and a comfortable shower.

WIFI and air conditioning are free for our guests.

Heating is central with self-regulating thermostats.

For maximum security, the house is equipped with a security door.

In the apartment you will find clean sheets and towels along with a small welcome kit consisting of shampoo, soap, shower gel, a bottle of water and a small sweet thought. All our pillows and blankets are made of hypoallergenic material and are regularly sanitized.

The sofa bed is made available for 3-person reservations only.

The apartment has a private garage for parking the car included in the reservation price.

The tourist tax of the municipality of Turin corresponds to 3.80 euros per day per person; payment must be made in ******** upon arrival at the apartment.

At Balounette, we do not charge additional fees for end-of-stay cleaning! We will be happy to accommodate guests who leave the accommodation in good order and condition, which includes only a routine cleaning service. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay 20 euros on departure for extra ordinary cleaning (dirty dishes in the sink, trash cans scattered around the house, etc.).
