The room is spacious with its own bathroom and balcony, with access to the kitchen downstairs. 10 mins walk to the shops and cafes of Bay Street, 5 mins walk to the 109 tram stop into the CBD. Communication and check-in was very smooth. Highly recommended for a relaxing Melbourne stay near both the city and the beach."

It's not that close from the center but really easy to reach in no time so that was not an issue at all.
Viz has been nice. Somehow more an introvert than the contrary so let's say everything has been done the way it was supposed to be done.
The shower is unfortunately not working well...freezing or burning. It takes TIME to find a balance. Not a good point at all."

The location was fantastic, with many different options for food and entertainment, day or night. Joshua was a fantastic host — so kind and very respectful. Definitely recommended!"

Christian·5·Aug. 2025· "I spent two nights at CJ's home and everything about it was exactly what I needed it to be. He greeted me warmly and showed me around, was available by text the whole time. The guest room was very comfortable, so much that I slept late the first morning! CJ made me feel relaxed and at home at his place, which is well appointed for good times inside and out. Freehold town was an easy walk. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again."
