Palm Springs is a heavily regulated Vacation Rental Market, and guests are required to sign a written agreement with owner before occupancy, but the following are City Rules we like to make guests aware of before booking: * Minimum Age to Rent is 25. * There's an 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax. TOT Permit # 7842. * $200 Non-refundable cleaning fee. * A written agreement between owner and guest is required before occupancy. * City Vacation Rental Ordinances does not allow any kind of music to be played outside, at any time of day or night, at any level. Noise complaints can result in a $500 citation, which guest will be responsible for. * No Parties. No Smoking.
