The accommodation is exactly as described – a very comfortable bed, spotless ensuite shower room. coffee and tea making facilities, fridge, etc. Parking is straightforward and the garden is a lovely little oasis to enjoy a glass of wine and views over the local countryside. Sadly, we were only able to stay for one night, but it was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers."

"This was by far one of the most outstanding apartments we've stayed in this trip. Located at the beginning of the centro storico of Modica- it lent us easy access to local places of interest and access out of the city towards the beach. Metaphora is a place you can call home with all of its comforts- a full kitchen, lovely bedroom with an incredible mattress, a roomy shower stall and access to laundry. An excellent value for your stay in Modica. Stefania is a warm and informative host who made or in-person check-in a breeze."

It's a 3min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches you can find. There's a grocery store 5min walk. Everything is walking distance. The beaches are amazing. The vibe is awesome. If you are gay there's an awesome vibe around. The Por do Sol Party on Sunday night (off season - i know that during season they have more) is great! The "boardwalk" is great to go in any direction. You can go to Gallipoli and South. Renting a bike is also a great option. Also good to mention that the apt itself has a Washing machine, microwave, full size fridge and fully equipped kitchen."

"Very clean, quiet and well-maintained apartment. Communication with Vicky who manages the place was optimal and the only minor boiler issue we had was resolved very quickly. The apartment is a bit out of the way but very accessible by metro, and the neighborhood around it is very lively and nice for dining and having drinks. I recommend!"
