Samuel·5·Jan. 2026· "I was very pleased with our stay here. what stood out to me the most was how peaceful it was and quiet. We had use of the kitchen, but I’m pretty much just a morning coffee person so that took care of my needs. The bedroom was nice and clean and neat as well as the bathroom. I like the location because it was not in the middle of a tourist area but I could easily get there very inexpensively with a Uber. Old San Juan’s biggest festival was going on at the time and there were so many people, but it was festive and fun. I went into town for two days of the four day festival. I like the location where we stayed. It was convenient too many restaurants shopping centers supermarket and eateries and was not in a touristy area. I felt more like I was living among the locals and enjoyed that experience. Our host Paul was very nice and took time to check in with us each day and ask if there was anything we needed as well as taking the time for a nice farewell as we were heading home I would stay at this location again in the future if available"

Eduin is happy to engage in conversation yet never intrusive. He is always responsive and makes every effort to ensure a wonderful stay.
The room was spacious with ample daylight. We stayed a week and were always happy to return each night. The en suite bathroom was a bit small by comparison--there's also a generously sized full bathroom by the pool. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch.
We enjoyed the large pool and oversize garden with lots of areas for sun or shade. Wonderful cats too.
Recommended!"
