El Cojo, SX, and Kweens Club are vibrant spots approximately 15-20 minutes away by car, offering a variety of atmospheres from laid-back to lively. If you're starting from Sombrilla Rosa in Old San Juan, these bars are about 20-25 minutes away. For guests interested in more unique or risqué venues, feel free to ask for recommendations. I’m happy to point you to some of the more eclectic and kinky spots in the area.

Security: Keep doors and windows locked when not present.
Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness. Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
Damage Reporting: Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for costs.
Visitors: Visitors are allowed but you are responsible for your visitors’ actions. For any missing object from the house, you will be charged. Inform me in advance if exceeding one guest.
Overnight Visitors: Please notify if having overnight guests; $25 per night per guest.
Smoking: Only in designated outdoor areas.
