If you're looking to explore the local nightlife, there are several popular bars not far from my place. El Cojo, SX, and Kweens Club are vibrant spots approximately 15-20 minutes away by car, offering a variety of atmospheres from laid-back to lively. If you're starting from Sombrilla Rosa in Old San Juan, these bars are about 20-25 minutes away. For guests interested in more unique or risqué venues, feel free to ask for recommendations. I’m happy to point you to some of the more eclectic and kinky spots in the area.

Check-In/Out: Adhere to scheduled times. Arrange deviations in advance, possibly at an extra fee. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Clothing Optional: Clothing is optional inside the house and at the pool area. It is prohibited to be unclothed on the balcony and in the front garden. Please note, the owner and his partner may not always exercise this option but are comfortable with guests who choose to do so. Security: Keep doors and windows locked when not present. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness. Excessive mess may incur additional fees. Damage Reporting: Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for costs. Visitors: Visitors are allowed but you are responsible for your visitors’ actions. For any missing object from the house, you will be charged. Inform me in advance if exceeding one guest. Overnight Visitors: Please notify if having overnight guests; $25 per night per guest. Smoking: Only in designated outdoor areas. Intimate Activities: We encourage guests to enjoy their private time in their rooms, the bathroom, or the pool area. The pool area is protected by privacy fences. Please be mindful of noise and maintain discretion out of respect for others and the neighborhood's peaceful environment. Note: The owner and his partner are respectful of guest privacy and choices regarding when or how such activities occur. Note on Host Interaction: While we are friendly and always happy to share a drink and conversation, we approach our interactions with a professional, business-minded attitude. We are here to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, maintaining clear professional boundaries at all times.

My 10 Day Stay here was nothing short of Amazing. The host communicated with me prior to my arrival to provide top tier customer service. Jan also took me to a nude beach in Puerto Rico which was stunning to say the least. I highly recommend and will be returning for sure!

Jan's home is lovely. The backyard pool oasis is as beautiful as pictured. The room is spacious, cozy and well appointed. The private bathroom is a great plus too. The location, while not near the beach or downtown, isn't a far drive away and didn't feel inconvenient. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. Jan was very friendly, helpful and accommodating

I had a great stay at Jan's place. It's in a very quiet neighborhood with a short car ride to most of the touristy attractions in San Juan. I was able to enjoy the nice pool right outside my room in the backyard. Jan was very responsive and flexible with my stay. I highly recommend this place!

Everything about this stay was unexpectedly amazing. From the private room with direct access to the backyard and pool, to the lovely conversations with Jan — it all felt special from the start. During Christmas, Jan's family came over and kindly invited me to join them for food, snacks, and drinks, and the conversations were fascinating. They shared so much culture, fun, and warmth, which I'm truly grateful for — it made my vacation unique and unforgettable. As a bonus, Jan also invited me for lunch and drinks, and his cooking is an absolute gem.

This room was as described..very cozy. Jan was a very gracious host. He left perfect directions on how to access the house and room for check in. He also was great at his knowledge of the places to visit. The pool was an extra bonus and was great to just catch some sun rays. Jan and Danny are the nicest guys. Thank you for a great stay.
