Modern and Cozy Apartment south of metro area.

We enjoyed! Kind and generous host. Home with style and character. Eduin is happy to engage in conversation yet never intrusive. He is always responsive and makes every effort to ensure a wonderful stay. The room was spacious with ample daylight. We stayed a week and were always happy to return each night. The en suite bathroom was a bit small by comparison--there's also a generously sized full bathroom by the pool. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the large pool and oversize garden with lots of areas for sun or shade. Wonderful cats too. Recommended!

Central location, super comfortable, Edwin is a great host who made me feel at home. The house is incredibly beautiful with a pool area that you don't want to leave. I would come back a thousand times more

Edwin's place is great for a getaway. I had a great time enjoying the swimming pool in the hot weather. The neighborhood is quiet and super safe. It would be more convenient to get around with a car but I never had trouble finding a Uber during my stay. The room is private, clean and has great natural light. It has a private entrance too. Overall a nice place and definitely recommend!

My stay at this property was fabulous. The apartment was clean, spacious and had its own private entrance via a balcony with a view of the beautiful garden. I was single but the room could comfortably accommodate an affectionate couple. I arrived right after Hurricane Fiona but this was not a problem because the property has a diesel powered generator that supplies ample electricity. The pool was available during my entire stay and I was basically ensconced in an island of serenity despite the confusion and challenges that the locals were unfortunately confronted with during this difficult time. However, since the Borrequeños are generally cheerful and upbeat by nature, I was given a smile and a friendly greeting everywhere I went, and my trip unfolded very much like any Caribbean vacation, and the only clue that the island had just been slammed by a hurricane was the relative scarcity of other tourists. The host, Edu, is charming, gracious, and quite cosmopolitan, and he went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that my stay was comfortable at all times. His staff were equally friendly and I was genuinely impressed by the unobtrusive yet diligent manner in which they ensured the smooth operation of the property despite the impact of the recent storm. The garden includes a pool with a jacuzzi, and a spacious covered pagoda with a full kitchen, a bar, and a pool table, with plenty of room left over for a pretty wild party. The garden also boasts a combined basketball/badminton/volleyball court, an outdoor-accessible bathroom with a shower, a second outdoor open air shower, and several covered seating areas perfect for relaxing, meditating, or intimate conversations. The garden is private and clothes-optional. Besides the studio apartment that was my home during my visit the property also has several rooms for guests who don’t require a kitchen of their own. The property is close to Condado and Isla Verde and is also convenient to old San Juan and the airport. The neighborhood is in a gated community and has a suburban vibe (Latin style); I am therefore very glad that I rented a car because I would have been hard pressed to explore the area otherwise. I highly recommend this charming getaway and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Eduin, for everything!

The home was amazing! My partner and I really enjoyed our time. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this home to anyone.
