Jd·4·Sep. 2025· "Checking in was a hassle, I tried reaching the numbers on file but ran into complications. Once I found someone Paolo he was great. Helped me with the whole process. This atmosphere is more for like collage style students. One night I was not able to sleep because they were playing music videos until 2:30 AM. The place is definitely very clean and well located"

Pedro·5·Nov. 2021· "It was an amazing time there. I love the new place by Maribel St. The same kind of beautiful and modern decor, extremely clean and perfect, and the location is unique, just a walk steps to the beach. Ether by Aldea or Maribel are the best places I stay and I recommend to any of my friends when they want to go to San Juan."

Daniel and Teddy·5·Mar. 2025· "We enjoyed! Kind and generous host. Home with style and character.
Eduin is happy to engage in conversation yet never intrusive. He is always responsive and makes every effort to ensure a wonderful stay.
The room was spacious with ample daylight. We stayed a week and were always happy to return each night. The en suite bathroom was a bit small by comparison--there's also a generously sized full bathroom by the pool. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch.
We enjoyed the large pool and oversize garden with lots of areas for sun or shade. Wonderful cats too.
Recommended!"
