In this museum, you will discover about twenty ice cream machines, audiovisual testimonies of those who made the history of ice cream and more than 10 000 photos and other historical documents. Its creators want to make this museum the place of worship of ice, by making you discover its origins and its evolution. Since 12,000 BC, how did ice cream become UNESCO's intangible heritage? From the birth of the sorbet to the flagship of Made in Italy, the museum offers to discover the stages of the evolution of ice cream, the profession of ice cream maker and the technologies and techniques related to this craft.
In addition to the didactic visit, the visitor can also access various workshops. It is possible to taste and compare ice creams with historical or modern recipes. There are also workshops where you can create your own ice cream.
