Kika Danzatoria

Danzatoria, far better known as Kika, is the trendiest gay dance club in Quito, a stylish, tasteful spot near Parque La Carolina where the city's cool kids and fashionistas come to drink and dance. It draws a good-looking, mixed crowd of locals and visitors in their 20s to 40s, with Latino pop and chart hits playing until the early hours and a pre-midnight open-bar deal that pulls people in early. Charismatic owner Fede Argüello is often out with the crowd, and Kika throws some of the best parties in town during Pride weekend, thanks to its handy location right by La Carolina Park where the parade wraps up.
