Mimi Bar Fluido

MIMI Bar Fluido is a warm, inclusive cocktail bar and restaurant in Quito, founded by three friends, Sofía, Penka, and Fernanda, who set out to create a genuinely safe, diverse space for the LGBTIQ+ community. Named after the affectionate word for grandmother, the idea is to feel welcomed and spoiled at grandma's house, where you can be yourself. Expect creative cocktails, including their signature tiny cocktails, shareable plates, and a carefully styled room blending pop, queer culture, nostalgia, and the contemporary. Beyond the bar, it runs a program of art, entertainment, and community events, making it as much a cultural hub as a night out
