Boulogne-sur-Mer has no gay bar, but the local LGBTQ+ community still has a regular home thanks to Fiertés Pas-de-Calais, whose Boulonnais branch runs a friendly monthly meetup known as La Conviviale. Held at community spaces around town, it's a warm, welcoming get-together to meet others, share a coffee and connect with the Côte d'Opale's queer scene, backed by the association's wider work on support, health and culture.
