Welcome to our T2 apartment, completely renovated in April 2023 (insulation and reversible air conditioning), located in the heart of town. On foot, you're close to all amenities (15' from the SNCF train station, 5' from Les Halles and the bus stop to the beaches, a few steps from streets with free parking, ATMs, a bakery, an open-air market, restaurants and the Post Office) and major attractions (Canal Royal, Miam, Quartier Haut).

Small studette/room adjoining our house with an exterior right in the center of town and with all amenities next door ( resto, halles , ciné , théâtre..... ) The room is equipped with a bathroom and a corner fridge, coffee maker, kettle (no kitchen) a table inside and outside.

Newly renovated little cocoon for a pleasant stay close to the coves and their fine sand. Sete town center, with its magnificent covered market and legendary oyster and tapas bars, can be reached by bus in 10 minutes, or on foot along the corniche and coves.
