Cinema Athinaikon

Athinaikon is a piece of old-school gay Athens, a vintage adult cinema right by Kotzia Square and the old Town Hall near Omonia that shows straight films through the day and switches to gay movies late at night. Simple and faintly retro, it's less about the screen than the scene: an upstairs lounge with small screens where most of the cruising happens, plus a row of seats, private booths with glory holes, and an active toilets area. Cash-only and open until the early hours, it draws a mixed, mostly older, local crowd and remains one of the last adult cinemas of its kind in the city.
