Flex Sauna

Flex is the oldest gay sauna in Athens, opened in 2004, spread over four floors on a quiet pedestrian street in the central Monastiraki district, a couple of minutes from the metro and within walking distance of the Gazi gay scene. After a full renovation, it offers a 40-person steam room, a 15-person sauna, a jacuzzi, a solarium, a TV lounge and bar, a roof garden, relaxing areas, a darkroom, a play zone, and private cabins, all included in the entry fee, with towels and slippers provided. It runs a busy calendar of theme days, from Wednesday Bear Day and the monthly Gusta Bear to Monday's under-30 Young Day, drawing a mostly 35-to-55 crowd that's busiest Sunday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings.
