Eagle Bar

Eagle Bar is K Road's friendly local, a small, easygoing gay bar that's good for an early cocktail and a proper conversation, then turns lively and a bit cruisy later at night. Despite the name, it isn't a leather bar. Instead, you'll find a free-entry room with cheap drink specials, a jukebox where you pick your own songs (and the video clip plays on screen), and a weekly calendar of themed nights, quizzes, and Thursday karaoke. LGBT+ owned and operated, it draws a mixed crowd, mostly men in their mid-20s to early 40s, with locals, regulars, and visitors all mixing easily. There's a smoking area out back. It's a relaxed place to start a K Road night or settle in for the whole evening.
