Palm Springs Gay Sauna & Cruising

Although there’s no traditional bath house in gay Palm Springs, the city has plenty of opportunities for connecting with guys within its many clothing-optional resorts. Some are much cruiser than others and offer day passes to lay by the pool, soak in the Jacuzzis, and peruse the steams and saunas. The desert city also has two dark leather bars where kinkier locals congregate.

All Worlds Resort is one of Palm Springs’ best-known clothing optional resorts and certainly makes the most noise with its Sunday pool parties, four Jacuzzis, and two play rooms. Guest passes come with towel rentals. The resort is busiest on weekend evenings and during event pool parties. Check their calendar for specific events.

Another popular clothing-optional resort is CCBC, located on Gay Resort Dr. in Cathedral City. The 3.5-acre property is a fantasy land resort for visitors, with monthly events catering to kink, bear, and other communities. This resort is certainly for the experienced and adventurous with some events geared toward heavy BDSM, but also offers tamer events for the curious!

Gay cruising bars in Palm Springs

The Barracks is a popular leather bar in Cathedral City with a strict dress code. As the night gets later and the strong drinks are poured, it’s not hard to imagine what happens in the darker spaces of the bar.

Toolshed is another gay cruising bar in Palm Springs. The leather/Levis venue is cruisiest on weekends, but Thursday’s underwear party is certainly a good time to remove a few layers and check out the locals.
