Small but cosy room - 30 minutes from the City

The room available in my flat is small but cosy. If you decide to book, keep in mind that you will not have a huge amount of space to freely walk around the room, however it has all the storage you need to comfortably stay for a few nights.

The room features a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and a small tea and coffee station with kettle and a couple of mugs, a clothes rail and hangers, some storage space under the bed for bags, a hook on the door, and a little bin. There is a boiler inside the room, this should not get too loud but I provide earplugs if you'd rather have more silence.

You will also have access to your own bathroom, which features a bathtub (and shower), a toilet and sink, a mirror, and a little bin. The ventilation fan is on a timer and can get a little bit loud, but it will turn itself off after a couple of minutes when the light is off.

There is a hair dryer in one of the drawers should you need one.

There is no access to the kitchen or living room, so please keep this in mind when booking.

I am conveniently located about 30 minutes from London Bridge and about 40 minutes from Victoria with trains, and for late hours there are night buses also. It's also very easy to travel to and from Gatwick airport from here. Easy travel!
