I am a single, mature, self-employed professional who often works from home.
You will get 3+ furnished rooms in the basement:
*private bedroom (futon/bed) *private bathroom with shower *den/kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and some kitchen supplies.
Plus you also get: *separate entrance *shared access to laundry *outdoor patio area *utilities, high-speed Internet and wifi *parking available
Rent is based on length of stay (agreement may be extended at the discretion of the host):
1 night - $150
1 week - $1000/week
1 month- $2000/month
2-4 months- $1600/month
Please note: there is one domestic cat in the house (but no mice ;).
