You may use the pool on condition that you follow these very important safety precautions: * There must be adult supervision for children at all times * Absolutely no diving in shallow areas * Proper use of any pool equipment, whether provided by us or yourself * No running around the pool * For your safety and to prevent costly damage, please DO NOT walk on the stainless steel infinity edge. It is extremely slippery and high, posing a significant danger. Walking on it will also warp the steel, and the replacement cost is substantial. Please let us know if there is anything unusual happening with the pool (for example, the water level suddenly seems to be going down). In different seasons of the year, many bugs at a time may decide they want to have a swim. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to prevent them. We have left a pool skimmer (the long pole with the net at the end) for you so you can remove the bugs before you use the pool. Dean from Pool Servicing Co. is one of our regular maintenance crew who will come and attend to the pool to ensure it is clean and running smoothly. No parties are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside; please use the provided ashtray and clean up before leaving. You may use the BBQ on condition that you clean it afterwards. The electric BBQ is on the entrance side of the verandah. Turn on the power and twist the knob to the desired heat setting. Please clean the BBQ after using it, or leave $50 for the cleaner. HOT TIP: You can wash the grills in the dishwasher (pots and pans setting). Please don't wash other items, especially plastics, at the same time. Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Maintaining this rainforest property requires significant effort. Various maintenance crews visit regularly, including gardeners, cleaners, and lawn mowers, as well as occasional tradespeople. While I will attempt to keep you informed of their visits, they are instructed to prioritise your privacy. Work near the house will only occur if necessary or if it appears you are away. If your rubbish bin is close to full, or starting to smell, please bag it up and put it in our enormous rubbish bin located opposite the yellow letterbox at the front of the property. The key for the bin should be on the same keys that were left for you on the dining table. Check-out is at 11 am (11:00) unless otherwise discussed. After enjoying breakfast, please put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher cleaning wash cycle. Remember to clean the BBQ if you have used it. When you leave, please make sure all the doors are closed and the keys are returned to the dining table.
