Please keep all indoir furniture, especially carpets, in their current location.
IV. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
If you wish to add additional guests to the booking please contact us ASAP.
V. PARTIES / GATHERINGS / LARGER GROUPS
In compliance with STR, Counsel, BC, and Insurance requirements (see above) the following rules apply:
A. Gatherings, Functions, and Larger Group Bookings (involving more than 8 occupants) must be approved by the Host in writing prior to booking. Simply contact the Host with your requirements.
B. ADDITIONAL GUESTS & VISITORS
Any Booking which may involve possible additional guests or undisclosed additional ‘’Visitors’’ must be approved by the Host in writing prior to booking. Simply contact the Host with your requirements. 🙏
C. LARGE GROUPS
If you anticipate having more than 8 people occupy the premises (whether Guests or just ‘’temporary visitors’’), approval in writing of the Host is required. Again, simply contact the Host with your requirements. 🙏
VI. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES
In compliance with STR, Counsel, BC, and Insurance requirements (see above) ‘’Additional Guest’’ fees apply for any booking involving more than 4 occupants.

VI. NOISE
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb neighbors. Especially during "Quiet Hours" of 11pm – 8am, and upon arrival and departure.
Any disturbance triggering a visit by police or repeated complaints may require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without refund.
VIII. KEYS:
On checkout please simply leave the keys on the kitchen counter.

We note that all "Pool" related amenities are located off site at 4 College St (a short stroll from the House) and are part of the "Cook and Phillip Park Pool." They are accessible from 9am - 8pm.
