At the edge of the Ria

We offer our house for rent on an occasional basis, as it is our main home. On the ground floor, we've given priority to space, creating a large living room of 55 m2 (kitchen, dining table and lounge). Bordered by 10 m of windows, you can enjoy the view of the ria d'Etel, its birds and a scenery that changes with each tide.upstairs there's a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. On the ground floor, in addition to the large room, you'll find a small additional shower room, a laundry room and a bedroom with its own shower room (shower and toilet).
Outside, you'll enjoy approx. 1000m2 of garden. There's a dining area with a large barbecue and table for 8. Opposite the ria, there's another "pergola" area with a lounge made of pallets and cushions, and a huge brazier.
We have reserved 2 parking spaces for you in the parking lot we share with you.
For your arrival, we prepare beds, towels (1 per person) and gloves (1 per person).
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
We leave our cats Léon and Blum, who are totally autonomous.
The house is not suitable for young children, we would like to point out that the staircase does not have a railing (but it is wider than normal).
The house is divided into 2 parts, and we live in a small part that is not overlooked.
You will be staying in our main house, so don't forget to clean up before you leave ;-) Thank you for your interest.
