Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a sitting area with TV and a secretary for telecommuting.
South-facing, you'll find a small enclosed area outside, out of sight, with garden furniture and armchairs.
From mid-June to mid-September, the residence has a swimming pool open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The residence is close to the beach (1.2 km). La Franqui is a small seaside resort with all amenities in season.
