Seaside Penthouse

Welcome to our guest bedroom inside our seaside penthouse! This is our sole primary residence where we live full-time, occasionally welcoming short-term visitors to share our home. As this is our active personal home—not a commercial operation—we personally greet all guests upon arrival (no lockboxes or self check-in). The Space Our property is a spacious penthouse apartment where we live full-time. The layout includes our comfortable spare bedroom, which we open up to visitors, alongside shared use of our main living room, kitchen, and bathroom. To preserve the open, integrated layout of our private home, the flat is entirely undivided and internal doors—including the spare room—do not feature independent keys or locking mechanisms.

Guest Access Guests have non-exclusive use of the designated spare bedroom and shared access to the main kitchen and bathroom facilities. Because this is an integrated single private home, internal doors do not have independent keys or locks. The hosts maintain complete access to all areas of the flat at all times to conduct standard household management.

During Your Stay As full-time residents, we will be staying at the property overnight during your visit. We are happy to share our home routine with you, which includes providing fresh domestic linens, handling the regular cleaning and upkeep of the space, and offering a simple morning breakfast.

Important Terms & Legal Nature of Stay This stay is a domestic home-share within our sole primary private residence. There is no self check-in, key safe, or independent commercial setup—we manage and care for our home personally and will welcome you in person when you arrive. A front door key is provided strictly for your convenience to come and go. The hosts retain all master keys and absolute control of the home at all times. This short-term arrangement is a domestic home-sharing invitation; it is strictly a personal licence and permission to occupy a spare room within an active household and does not create a tenancy, leasehold interest, or any right to exclusive lockable possession of the space.
