RENTAL This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation and specified in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period. Tenants occupy the premises personally, for a maximum of 6 people, adults only. Any visit or stay by persons from outside the establishment will be subject to the owners' discretion, who may then demand an additional financial contribution for any extra bedding within the limit of the 6-person capacity. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - Arrival times are in the afternoon from 5:00 pm. - Departure times are in the morning before 11:00 am. EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), pillows and blankets. Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. We take care of cleaning. Towels, bath sheets and bath mats are changed every 4 days. Sheets are changed every week. SAFETY AND DECORUM INSTRUCTIONS Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Noise levels, both inside and outside the property, must be kept to a minimum in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In the event of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the disturbance. For the sake of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 11pm and before 8am. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the deck or lawn.
