This is a condo within an HOA and there are some reasonable Association rules to observe. I'm happy to share these in advance. Please, no overnight unregistered guests. If you plan to travel with a pet, I can accommodate if your pet is well behaved and won't present an unreasonable threat to other residents. Hawaii does have strict rules regarding importation of pets so please prepare by visiting ********
No smoking or use of drugs within the unit or lanai, please.
