Hey, I am Joah! I was born in Limón, Costa Rica Province, and I moved to Tamarindo beach when I was 24 yo so I could have the possibility to practice my english and meet different cultures. That's the beauty of Tamarindo beach, brings people together no matter what. I’m fun and easy going and really love meeting new people on my adventures. I’ve stayed in ********’s all over the world and have met some great people on the platform who I now call my friends. My favourite things in the world are dancing (salsa, merengue, bachata!), animals, photography and some sports. I especially love having a good glass of wine with friends. Oh, and I love coffee! I also have a passion for learning new languages which has come in helpful on my travels. Along with English, I speak fluent Spanish, a bit of flemish, italian and french.

Nearby Attractions

Tamarindo Beach is a long beach with big waves. Currents can be strong, so be aware of the warnings when swimming, but much of Tamarindo Beach is perfect for those learning to surf. Tamarindo's atmosphere is best described as "Party and Fun". Great swimming, surfing, fishing and water sports during the day, and lively nightlife at sunset. Because of its central location, tourists often settle here and explore Guanacaste for several days. Younger visitors enjoy the bars and nightclubs in the area. Located only 1 hour from the Liberia airport, we recommend renting a car and exploring these well-maintained roads at your leisure.

One of the best bars/restaurants in town that is Gay Friendly is called RUMORS, the best place to make some friends, also, if you are in for some good cocktails, good music and djs life, BEST PLACE EVER.

Kinky bar: This is the only gay bar in the city, small but fun.
