Built in a unique spot on the hills above the port of Parikia, the villa offers comfort and absolute privacy. Enjoy the elegantly decorated interiors. The villa is located 3 km from the port of Parikia, 12 km from the airport, 9 km from the port of Pounda for the ferry to Antiparos and 17 km from the famous Gay Beach of Langeri. Residents are advised to rent a car for their transportations around the island. The villa's spaces are : On the ground floor, one bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with Smart Cable TV, a dining room with a table for six persons, a fully equipped kitchen and another small sitting room with a special view. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside there is a pergola with an outdoor living set and a second pergola protected also from the wind with a dining table and a BBQ. There is a well-kept garden around the villa with aromatic plants and olive trees. The pool cleaner and the gardener come twice a week. The owner is there for the tenants to help and provide information about all they might need.
