This reverse-level beach cottage is designed to make the most of the views, with an open-plan first-floor living area that opens onto a sea-facing balcony—perfect for coffee, cocktails, and catching the sunset.
Downstairs you’ll find two beautifully styled bedrooms: • A king-size with en-suite walk-in shower • A twin that can be set as a super king on request Plus a family bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower.
The outdoor space gives you options—balcony, private patio with BBQ, and an enclosed garden with seating. Ideal for slow mornings, long lunches, or stargazing with friends.
Pet-friendly (one large or two small well-behaved dogs), with parking for two cars, Smart TV, WiFi, DAB radio, washing machine, and fridge-freezer—everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable stay by the sea.
Whether you’re here for beach days, coastal walks, or a chilled escape with your crew, Seascape is a perfect base with just the right balance of style and soul.

Beer is a great location to explore from! Nearby art galleries, and friendly pubs, UNESCO Jurassic Coast, with Beer Beach, Beer Quarry Caves, and Pecorama Gardens just a short stroll away.
Hire a small boat from the beach, visit farm to fork restaurants, find the best Devonshire Cream tea or try out some local ice cream!
Walk to the beach to enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, fossil hunting, and cliff walks with views stretching toward Portland and Sidmouth. Nearby Lyme Regis and Charmouth also make for unforgettable day trips.
There is a secluded nudist beach a short drive away, several LGBT+ bars and venues in nearby Exeter City (30 mins drive).

Cottage Rules • No smoking inside at all —take it outside with a cocktail if you must • No parties (unless Beyoncé shows up, then call me) • Overnight guests must be on the booking—no surprises • Keep noise down after 10pm— Enjoy the space, but the neighbours aren’t invited • Pets allowed by request—if they’re fabulous and house-trained • Respect the space—it’s clean, chic, and deserves love (just like you) ⸻ Checkout Checklist • Check out by 10am (we know, rude) • Strip the beds and leave the linen in a pile like it’s laundry day • Towels in the bathroom please—no towel art needed • Clean all the dishes and kitchen - if you’ve served any gourmet realness • Pop rubbish and recycling in the outside bins (Mother Earth says thanks) • Close windows, switch off lights, and give a goodbye twirl • Lock up and return the key—until next time, stay fabulous
