Francisco is a wonderful young host who does not quite have a full grasp of hosting yet. Place was dirty (mold in shower, dirty floors.) The water heater and shower head were not functional (low pressure, super hot or super cold.) The mattress was more like a box spring, we draped the murphy bed topper onto it to make it somewhat comfortable. The area is not a walkable area past sunset (unsafe)

Our host was discreet and communicative. Being able to use the kitchen is an interesting advantage. It would be good to have a door handle in the bedroom and to do a thorough cleaning before the guests arrive

The host is a great guy. The place is just as described. The bed was comfortable and we had all we needed for a quick stay near Guadalajara centro.
