Exciting opportunity to stay in this modern home (Bedroom) situated on Minerva Close in Scunthorpe. Boasting a modern kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and a non-overlooked rear garden.

To the front of the property is a porch with access into the downstairs cloakroom and leads directly into the spacious and welcoming front aspect lounge that benefits from a handy storage cupboard and stairs to the first floor. Adjoining this is the modern fitted kitchen/diner with a range of wall and base units, built-in oven and hob, a porcelain sink and French doors leading into the rear garden.
