The home you have been waiting for! 3 bed/2 bath upstairs, permitted 1 bed/1 bath downstairs in an X500 Zone (like an X zone, outside of the mandatory flood insurance requirement of the SFHA). Large, fenced in yard with plenty of room for a pool. There is a spacious bonus room off of the carport area to store fishing equipment, tools, etc. Vaulted ceilings, two walk in closets, impact windows and doors, lots of positivity's. All you would ever dream of is right here. This awesome property comes equipped with a washing machine, WiFi, heating, iron, and AC.
