I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood in a perfect location.
You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of shops, bakeries, cafés and traditional restaurants, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is also very well served, with cabs, buses and the Rabat-Salé tramway providing easy access to Rabat, the historic center of Salé and the region's various tourist attractions.
The tramway, just a few minutes' walk away, takes you directly to Rabat's medina, the Hassan Tower and the Andalusian Gardens, true jewels of the capital.
Just 15 minutes from the property, discover the unique Bouregreg area between Rabat and Salé. This emblematic area offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:
Strolls along the river, the marina or the Hassan-II Bridge, perfect for a relaxing break.
Water activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding or boat trips, ideal for discovering the city from a different angle.
Cultural visits: explore the Kasbah des Gnaouas in Salé or the famous Oudayas in Rabat.
Gourmet moments in the many cafés and restaurants overlooking the yachts, perfect for admiring the sunset.
In summer, the Bouregreg also becomes a lively cultural scene with concerts, festivals (circus, cinema...), notably Karacena or the FIFFS.
