This unit is located at the first level of our family run residence with a double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed and dining area, it has a fully equipped kitchen, private furnished veranda and it is ideal for couples, families with one child or a small group of friends as it can host up to 3 persons. Also access to the communal swimming pool of the residence.
The space
This residence is part of a small, family-owned and managed compound consisting of 12 studios and residences. Traditionally built, it is situated in Panormos Bay within a peaceful and tranquil rural setting. Just downhill is one of the most famous beaches in Mykonos. The residence features a separate double bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area. It also offers a private, furnished veranda overlooking Panormos Bay, the Aegean Sea, and the pool. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safety ******** box, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Greek breakfast can be served at the comfort of your residence daily at an extra cost. We really recommend renting a car, scooter, or quad (4-wheel vehicle) during your stay so you can easily explore the island. It’s the best way to visit all the beautiful beaches and the lively town of Mykonos.

Mykonos Town is just about a 12-minute drive (7 km away), and Panormos Beach is only 600 meters from the property. Just a heads-up—taxis in Mykonos can be hard to come by!

Other things to note
This is a non-smoking unit.

Smoking is permitted outdoors on the terrace/balcony and in the pool area.

The unit can comfortably accommodate 1 infant up to 3 years old, who can sleep in a complimentary baby cot.

Here are some helpful tips for an even more enjoyable stay:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Daily cleaning service is available between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
For sustainability reasons, linen and towel changes occur three times a week. If you prefer an additional change, please leave your towels in the bathtub or shower.
Kindly do not take bath towels to the pool or beach — please use the provided pool towels.

Please do not throw any papers or other items in the toilet! Use the garbage bin provided.

Remember: Children must always be accompanied and under the supervision of an adult when swimming at the swimming pool.

Do not forget: The tap water is not drinkable! Water is the most valuable natural resource especially in the Cyclades Islands. Please do not waste it!
