Villa Valhalla apartment #2, w/ infinity pool

Villa Valhalla (middle floor) is a luxury apartment for a maximum of 10 adults & 2 children and is located in the gated Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort.

It features a private infinity pool, a large gourmet kitchen, BBQ & has a spacious terrace with an outstanding view. It is exactly a 5 min walk from the beautiful beach as well as two 5 star restaurants, beach bar, diving school and a 5 min drive from the Centrum supermarket! Everything you need for a relaxed holiday with a large group of people!

The space:

This apartment is brand new, completed in May 2022 and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is very suitable for families or large groups! It is located on the second floor of the villa. All bedrooms have their very own air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use, along with an iron & ironing board.

The living and kitchen area have wide doors that allow a beautiful breeze to swoop in so its always nice and cool in the house. The living room has a large sectional couch and a 65" smart TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, board and card games. The kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped with induction pots, pans, cutlery and practical kitchen materials. There is a large refrigerator that has a water & ice filtration system so you will always have clean drinking water!

Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms total, four rooms come with queen beds and the fifth (kids room) has 1 twin and a bunk bed that have double and twin size mattresses (7 beds total). Two rooms with queen size beds have their own private entrances and have their very own ensuite's.

The resort is less than a 10 minute drive to and from the airport. There are two supermarkets that can be reached in 5 minutes by car and are open seven days a week!
Guest access
Renters on the penthouse floor do NOT have access to the pool, it is entirely yours for the duration of your stay!

Water & Electricity Usage

The consumption of electricity is billed according to actual consumption. The consumption will be settled at the end of your stay by request to ******** resolution centre for reimbursement of your hydro usage at the end of your stay. Electricity will be charged $0.70 (USD) per Kwh.

WATER USAGE (Flat Rate) per week
• 1-2 Guests : $35 USD
• 2-6 Guests : $65 USD
• 6-12 Guests : $95 USD

Together with the host, the meter readings will occur upon check in and check out.

A 7% Tourist Tax is collected upon booking by ******** directly.

**** Note: One of the exterior bedroom doors has been damaged by a previous guest, we are in the works to have it replaced as soon as possible. Please bear with us, this is a custom made door and it takes some time to replaced****
