These are the rules of the department All guests in the reservation must send a photo of a valid ID in order to receive the access keys. 1.-No parties, meetings or loud or annoying noises. Open smoking area outside the apartment, no smoking inside the apartment. It is forbidden to leave cigarette butts and ashes inside or outside the apartment. 3.-Silent hours are from 9pm to 9am, we want both guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. 4.-Visitors are not allowed. 5.-Do not attempt to open the storage room of the apartment. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or blot stains from spills. Please remove makeup before sleeping so as not to stain pillows. 7.-Do not eat in the beds, extra laundry charges will be generated for food or makeup stains on the bed linen. In the case of pets, take care that they do not mistreat the articles or furniture of the apartment and take them out to do their needs outside, they should not do it inside the apartment. Do not throw any kind of paper or objects down the toilet, the drainage system in Peru is not designed for that. 10. All guests must send a photo of a valid identification document prior to check in. Any violation of these rules will be fined USD100 in addition to the corresponding costs.
