No parties or noise are allowed late at night, there are open smoking areas outside the apartment, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please avoid throwing any kind of paper in the toilet as the drainage system in Peru is not prepared for it. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. No parties allowed nor loud noises late at night. There's an open area outside the apartment for smokers as there's no smoking allowed inside. Pease make sure not to throw any kind of paper in the toilet as the Peruvian seweage system cannot handle volume. Visitors must be authorized and restricted to 10pm, after that hour they are considered extra guests and a charge per night will apply.
