A bright and cosy one bedroom apartment at the top of Stoneybatter beside Phoenix Park.

Double bedroom with storage, bathroom with shower, comfortable living area with fully equipped kitchenette. Looks onto a beautiful small shared garden. Excellent transport links and an easy walk to bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Myself and my partner live in the connecting house and share the garden. Guests have independent access at all times to the apartment through the garage.

We live on a quiet lane 2 minutes walk to the corner shop, 5 mins to Phoenix Park, 10 mins to a drink in Hynes Pub or a steam at Outcast Sauna, and 15 mins for lunch in Slice, dinner at Grano, or drinks at The Glimmerman.
