Immaculate Capitol Hill Suite w/Hot Tub

We offer the private room with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor to our guests. The shared backyard is accessible through this guest room, and hosts will coordinate with you anytime they need access to the backyard. The hot tub runs 24/7 and available for guest use. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with neighbors on all sides. Please be respectful. Enjoy an immersive movie experience with a 120" projector screen paired with a 4K IMAX-enhanced projector located in the guest room - for your private use while staying with us. The setup is complete with a premium Bose soundbar and subwoofer for incredible sound quality. The private bathroom is separated with a pocket door; a half bath with a vanity and toilet in one side, the walk-in shower with rain shower head and another vanity on the other side. The bathroom floor is heated. Your hosts stay in the one other bedroom in our row home, which is located upstairs and if off limits to guests (thank you for respecting our privacy). A FEW HOUSE RULES - No smoking in the home - No shoes in the home (recommend you bring a pair of house shoes to wear indoors) - Feel free to store snacks and drinks in the kitchen/refrigerator. Please request use of cooking devices (stove, oven, microwave, espresso machine) before using them so the host can provide instructions. - No visitors or additional guests, unless pre-authorized by the host. - ALWAYS secure the entry door after you come in and when you depart.
