The space

Because of its central location and connectivity, it is ideal for either leisure or work, close to the business districts: ‘El Bosque’ and ‘El Golf’.

Located on the 18th floor with an incredible view of the city of Santiago and the Andes Mountains, it has a small terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset or the sunrise over the mountains.

The building has a 24-hour doorman. On the second floor, you have access to a pool, gym, washers, and dryers. There is no garage or parking available in the building, but several parking options are nearby.
