I do have a semi professional music recording studio with a lot of equipment, including microphones, midi, keyboards monitors, computers, subwoofers, etc. additionally, I do lots of drawing and painting so there are many art supplies to be used. This is ideally for someone who just wants some good company or maybe a traveling artist or musician or student
