Modern Apartment with Terrace & Parking in Žižkov

We’re proud to welcome guests from all walks of life and are especially happy to host fellow LGBTQ+ travelers. As a couple living in the same building, we’ve created this apartment with great care, love, and attention to detail — it’s a space that reflects our lifestyle, our design sense, and our desire to offer others a peaceful, beautiful, and welcoming home in Prague. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both you and future guests, please take a moment to read the house rules below: 1. Smoking policy Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. However, you're welcome to smoke on the terrace, which is accessible from every room. We kindly ask that you keep the balcony doors closed while smoking and properly dispose of cigarette butts to keep the space clean for everyone. 2. Quiet hours and respecting the building Our building is residential, very calm, and home to many long-term residents. Out of respect for our neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM — especially if you're using the terrace or returning late. We’re all for fun and connection, but let’s keep it peaceful and neighbor-friendly. 3. No parties or unregistered guests This is not a party apartment. You're welcome to enjoy yourself, but large gatherings, parties, or extra guests not listed in the reservation are not permitted unless we’ve agreed on it in advance. 4. Take care of the space We’ve decorated and furnished the apartment with a personal touch — including paintings we’ve created ourselves and carefully selected pieces. Please treat everything with care and leave the space in the condition you found it. If anything breaks or goes wrong, don’t worry — just let us know right away so we can resolve it together. 5. Energy and appliance use When leaving the apartment, please turn off lights, the stove, and the heating, and unplug small appliances such as the kettle and coffee machine. The fridge and dishwasher can remain plugged in. 6. Clean-up and check-out Please place used towels in the bathroom before check-out and take out the trash to the waste bins on floor S (basement). Recycling is appreciated if you're comfortable with it. A quick tidy-up helps us prepare the space for the next guest and keeps everything running smoothly. 7. Communication We live just across the hall and are here if you need us. Whether it’s local tips, restaurant advice, or help with something in the apartment, don’t hesitate to message us.
