This new open concept apartment with a nice contemporary-vintage decor, is located on the 10th floor of a beautiful modern building.

✨ The space features a cozy living room decorated with adorable little flames, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining bar, a master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet, a full bathroom and a private terrace running the length of the apartment, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. This also allows the rooms to enjoy plenty of natural light.

For your comfort, you will have:

- Perfect workplace in the master bedroom
- 2 Smart TVs (1 in the bedroom and one in the living room)
- Fast Wifi of 150 Mbps
- Permanent surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the building.

🏢 Common areas of the building include:

- Swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
- Fully equipped gymnasium
- Playground for children
- Laundry for a fee ( in the same apartment we have 1 washer dryer, but it may not dry 100% of the clothes).

The whole space has been lovingly decorated, including the little flames that give it a warm and special touch to make you feel at home. 🦙

Keep in mind the following:

- Due to condominium rules, common areas are reserved in advance and it is by the hour (Pool: 2 hours, Gym: 1 hour and Cinema: 4 hours). Reservations are made in tower A and it is suggested to make them at least 2 weeks in advance due to high demand. In addition, the gym can only be booked a maximum of 3 times per week and the swimming pool a maximum of 2 times per month.

- It is not allowed to bring guests, alcoholic beverages or smoking in the common areas.

- We have a washing machine in the apartment, but, perhaps, the clothes may not come out 100% dry, so you can use the small clothesline we have (do not hang it on the terrace, because the clothes can fall off). Also, if you wish, you can also use the professional dryers in the building. Drying is 10 soles for 7 kilos and payment is coordinated with us.

- Please let us know at least one day in advance your approximate time of arrival so that we can notify reception. As well as any person accessing the apartment must register with an identity document at reception.

- Please take into consideration that the location is fantastic, but, as it is close to an avenue, there may be noise during your stay (the screens are anti-noise, but may not filter 100%).
