really Nice House in Miami Shores , its a gay area but no gay clubs .
its 10 mint drive to Wynwood area and mid town in the south .
20 mint drive to the Gay nude beach Haulover beach .
we have 2 Dogs , so you must like dogs .
there no drugs Allowed , since my Partner have been sober for 19 years . ( alcohol is ok )
we are a mature couple in our 46 and 47 we work all the time . I work from Home , most of our friends Live in the area its nice and safe .
its Miami nothing is Walking distance we recommend to rent a Car or Uber .
you will have your own room and bathroom every thing is new . we just remodel 8 months ago , use the kitchen as you want also new and we have new washer and dryer if you need to do laundry .
